A wonderful choice if you want to support our little native bees, this Catmint from England is very drought tolerant and blooms for 150+ days through summer and early fall. At only 2 feet tall, it eliminates the need to mow as a lawn replacement. It dies back in winter, so some trimming is required at the end of the growing season. In spring, new green growth will return. A little early spring pruning will help it develop a low, bushier appearance. For a mass planting, use a 3' spacing (20 for 180 SF).
