Refund policy

All plants will be picked up by customers at the Greenwood Hills Learning Center, in Richardson, on Saturday or Sunday, April 18th or 19th, from 9am-4pm. Customers may designated a friend/neighbor to pick up their order for them.

Any orders not picked up during this time will incur a $25 additional fee, for pickup on Monday from 2-4pm. Orders not picked up by then will be donated to PTA volunteers or public school gardens.

Plants are inspected for quality when they are delivered to Soils Alive by our trusted grower partners. Plants that do not meet our standards are rejected at that time. We generally reject only 1% of the plants delivered to us and 100% of the plants for sale are of high quality and meet our standards.  All sales are final.
